Why I pivoted from direct leadership to Advisory
The why
After 25 years leading teams — the last 14 at the helm of ISDIN's National and International Commercial Direction — the question stopped being "can I run an organization?" and became "how many organizations can I bring the same judgment to?" Advisory isn't a step back from direct leadership: it's the way to put that experience at the service of more than one challenge at a time, while staying available for a direct position when the project deserves it.
